Wild Break

Pigtastic and Zensational

Risk Scale:

Green (not much more than 25x the bet)

Minimum Play:

We’re usually focusing our attention on the 3×5 board right below the Pigtastic/Zensational screen. We want to see mostly wilds, preferably with some multipliers, in the first three reels. Play with five or more wilds in the first three reels. Also, play if you see a “jackpot” ball in any of the reels.

Other:

The “jackpot” ball is rare, but it’s worth looking out for.

Here’s what Zensational looks like (Pigtastic has pigs):

You don’t need to worry about the board right below “Zensational” in the photo above. Sure, it’s better to have a bunch of multipliers than just regular wilds, but for our purposes, we’re rarely playing the game long enough for that top board to factor in. One rare case would be if you see a “jackpot” ball that’s not at the very top; something like this (had it been one space higher):

Normally, we focus our attention on the 3×5 board right below that and we want mostly wilds, preferably with some multipliers, in the first three reels. We don’t want to see a bunch of firecrackers in those first three reels.

But how many do we need exactly? Playing with five or more wilds in the first three reels is a safe starting point. In the first example photo above, we also have two wilds in the fourth reel, which aren’t completely useless, as you usually make money in this game only if you have multiple reels go wild at once.

The dream next spin would give us a “wild break” symbol in reels two, three, and four (exceedingly rare). More realistically, we hope to get reels two and three wild at the same time, even if it’s just for a couple of spins.

Doing so simultaneously would look like this:

Here, you’d have two full reels in the first three columns for two spins and then partially full columns for a couple of spins after that. I’d play until there’s not at least one wild ball in any of the first three columns, so for this one I’d be spinning at least four times.

You can see the play is over when it looks like this, which was four spins later:

That’s because those wild balls move down one space each spin, so the two here would be entirely off the board the next spin.

I have two videos of this game to show two different types of plays:
