Fat Fortunes is similar to the game Dragon Unleashed Grand — except it’s better. You still need to insert your voucher to check the bets.

It’s a similar concept. We’re looking for at least two fish on the screen and we need to make sure it’s at least two for our bet and not the bet that preceded ours. Remember, the fish move down one space each spin.

However, there is an added wrinkle for this game: Not only do you need at least two fish, but they also need to glisten. You read that right. Although it’s tough to tell from the photo below (it’s much easier in my videos), if you stare at the screen for a few seconds, some fish will glisten and some won’t. The ones that don’t glisten won’t stick from spin to spin.

In this photo, we have two glistening fish at the top of column four. That half-fish counts as one. The fish at the bottom of column two won’t be in play for our next spin, so it doesn’t count. Regardless, this is a nice find, especially since the fish are in column four and won’t block line hits.

The bonus we’re going for involves landing six fish on the screen. What’s nice is that they don’t all have to be glistening fish; just six. That brings us to a fun bonus where the cat (Fat Cat) or penguin (Puffy Penguin) collects fish and grows when they devour five fish.
