As long as you have two pearls on the next spin, fire away. Pearls move down one space with each spin.

Other:

You’ll miss a lot, but at rare times you’ll find something with a high likelihood of triggering a bonus.

This is another low-risk offering that tends to be underchecked because you need to put your voucher in to see the different bets.

In this one, we’re usually looking for two or more pearls, but we need to make sure they’ll be active for the next spin since they move down the board one space each spin. Something like this would be ideal for a couple of reasons:

First, those pearls in column four will both be on the board the next spin. And with this game, two pearls at the very top like that often means a third is directly behind it. You don’t need to think too much about that, but it’s a pattern you’ll pick up on after a while.

Also, and this applies to other games as well, the pearls block line hits. That means if you have them in columns one or two especially, you have almost no chance of getting lucky and making anything on connecting symbols from left to right. Again, you don’t need to necessarily factor that in when looking for plays on this game, but it’s an important general slot concept.

Something like this is no good; you lose one pearl on your next spin:

Yes, there are instances where having two or even three pearls might not be as good as it seems. Check this, for instance:

Here, we’ll have three active pearls the next spin, but because we can see there are no pearls potentially directly behind them, this isn’t as favorable as our first photo, which only has two visible pearls. Some pros won’t play this one, even though it’s technically three pearls on the next spin. I’d always play three, for the record, but this setup with just two active pearls wouldn’t be that favorable.

Once you get six pearls on the screen, you’ll get taken to a bonus, where you try to fill up a smaller screen with pearls. If you manage that, you’ll spin a wheel and have a chance to really clean up (2x, 3x, big credit prizes, etc.). Even if you don’t fill every spot in the bonus, you’ll still get awarded the value of all the pearls you collected.

There’s also a secondary bonus you can’t plan for, which is even harder to trigger than normal since some of our reel space is occupied by pearls. For that, it’s the standard three bonus symbols, at which point you’ll be given free spins. That bonus often underwhelms, but every now and then you’ll crush a line hit or get lucky and trigger the pearls bonus.
