The Great Tiki and The Brave Spirit
Similar Games:
Any uncapped and volatile game with a mini, minor, maxi/major/grand; ones such as Money Island, FarmVille, Palace of Wonders, Raise the Sails and San Xing Riches, Fortune Owl, Fire Light Eruption, Three Kings, Wolf Run Eclipse and Cats Wild Serengeti, Buffalo Diamond, Buffalo Diamond Extreme, Whales of Cash Ultimate Jackpots, Dragon Lights (Mystical Falls, Secret Fortress, Fortune Skies), Timber Wolf Diamond, Life of Luxury (Jungle Cats, Great Eagle, Mermaids Gold, Far East Fortunes), Azure Dragon
Risk Scale:
Red (300x for the mini, 600x for the minor, 1,200x for the major)
Minimum Play:
I usually try to play this game with combos, almost always involving the mini as part of it. Something like a 40 mini with a 50 minor. Or a 40 mini with a 60 maxi. If I’m just chasing the mini by itself and the minor and maxi are low, I want it to be close to 60. If I’m just chasing the minor by itself and the mini and maxi are low, I want it to be close to 90.
Other:
One of the most volatile and nerve-wracking games in the casino.
The Great Tiki and The Brave Spirit are older advantage games. They sort of seem like Buffalo Diamond, but they might be even more volatile, depending on what you’re chasing.
You can see what The Great Tiki looks like below:
With this game, there are four colors: mini, minor, maxi, and grand. The mini is the “easiest” to hit, but even that could take hundreds of spins. You can’t ever chase the grand.
When does this game become profitable? Great question. To see any correlation between the numbers and your results, you need a huge sample. It’s sort of like Buffalo Link in that way, where great finds can be losers and horrible finds can be winners. In other words, it’s not what you want to experience in an advantage game. The advantage, even with great numbers, is marginal.
That stern warning out of the way, I usually try to play this game with combos, almost always involving the mini as part of it. Something like a 40 mini with a 50 minor. Or a 40 mini with a 60 maxi. My play in the video below was a 62 minor with a 71 maxi on a big $4 bet for this game … yikes! That can be a $3,000 loser if things go horribly with that sort of bet. That said, it’s a decent enough find if you can stomach the volatility and you want comps.
The bonus, which I finally hit down a few hundred, paid a very disappointing $275. You need two flowers and your color flower to land the bonus:
It’s a one- or two-spin kind of game, where one spin can pay $800 or 100 spins can pay next to nothing. Only play this game if you want comps and can deal with huge swings.

Here’s my epically long video for this one:
