Another version of this game is called FarmVille Golden Harvest, which you can see here. The numbers aren’t the same for this game, but it’s just as volatile.
The original FarmVille has been around for some time.
You primarily want to play for the yellow (2x) and/or green (3x), as the blue (4x) is by far the hardest to hit and can really drain your funds if you go on a bad run. For that reason, I don’t recommend solo-chasing a blue unless you see something outrageously high (70s or so), you have a lot of money with you (1,000x the bet), and you’re in the mood to gamble.
But even a 2x chase can get quite expensive at times. In the example that I filmed below, I was betting $3 per spin and was down around $600 before hitting what’s normally the easiest one to land, yellow. That’s 200x the bet for the “safest” one. Therefore, I recommend bringing at least 300x your bet for yellow and 400x for green. And that’s at least. Having 500x is safer for green.
All that aside, what numbers should you be looking for?
I recommend the following: green-yellow combos at around 45, solo greens around 32, and solo yellows around 26. So something like this is a minimum play for the yellow:
This example didn’t give me the yellow until it got to 47 or 48 and I was very fortunate to come out ahead, considering how expensive it got.
What’s the goal? You need to land six pumpkins, at which point you’ll pick from a screen of five predetermined pumpkins. More often than not, you’ll be awarded the yellow ribbon and have a chance to 2x all your winnings if you can fill up a full screen with pumpkins while in the bonus. If this sounds confusing, just check out my video at the end.
You can also get lucky and trigger a separate wheel bonus, courtesy of three wheel symbols, and you’ll spin a wheel with various prizes. Often, this will pay around 25x your bet or so on average.
If you can’t already tell, this is a volatile game, so you should avoid it if you’re not comfortable with swings. Also, for another version of this game, FarmVille Golden Harvest, you need different numbers, so make sure you’re not looking at that version when you’re using the numbers I recommend above.
While filming, here was my second play on the same machine on a different bet:
You’ll notice above I said I play green-yellow combos at around 45 and this one was 47 to start, along with an above-average blue 37 for good measure.
Here’s the second version of this game (Golden Harvest):
