Ra’s Awakening and Olympus Awakening
Similar Games:
Perhaps a horrible version of Hexbreaker 3
Risk Scale:
Orange (losing 150-200 spins is possible)
Minimum Play:
Play if the board is six spaces high.
Other:
A very small edge and perhaps no edge at all in some casinos, depending on paybacks. It’s one you can avoid altogether if there’s anything else to play.
For both games, you need to insert your voucher to look for plays on the four denoms and then the bets within those denoms.
As I say in both videos at the end of this section, the advantage is small, even when you play it at the max of six spaces high. You can see what’s worth playing below on Olympus Awakening:
The board resets at three spaces high and caps at six, giving it a Hexbreaker 3 kind of vibe, but the advantage is nothing like the pronounced edge you can get with Hexbreaker.
Here’s what the fully reset board looks like on Ra’s Awakening:
Yes, you’re more likely to get bonuses and OK line hits with higher reels, but you could still easily lose 100x your bet with a max number of reels. For that reason, I rarely play either game. But if you’re bored, you can do worse than playing boards six spaces high.
Once you land the scattered-symbols bonus and play the feature, the board drops back down to three spaces high and the play is over.
In my second video example on Olympus Awakening, I had a play on the 5-cent denom ($2.50 per spin). Losing a few hundred is well within reason on that kind of bet. Instead, I just about broke even.
Also, never play this game unless the board is six spaces high. Five spaces high is not enough.
I have two videos for this one:
